Community Support Specialists

• Duties Include:
• Working with developmentally disabled or traumatic brain-injured adults in a home-like atmosphere.
• Assisting with personal cares and ADL in all areas of daily living.
• Assisting consumers to access the community.
• Drive company vehicle.
• Treat consumers with gentleness, respect, dignity and compassion.
• Shifts Available:
  • Part time opportunities on all three shifts
  • Must be able to work every other weekend
  • Must be able to work holidays
  • Overtime available
• Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must have valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
  • Good driving record
  • Criminal Background Check
