Community Support Specialists
- Duties Include:
- Working with developmentally disabled or traumatic brain-injured adults in a home-like atmosphere.
- Assisting with personal cares and ADL in all areas of daily living.
- Assisting consumers to access the community.
- Drive company vehicle.
- Treat consumers with gentleness, respect, dignity and compassion.
- Shifts Available:
- Part time opportunities on all three shifts
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Must be able to work holidays
- Overtime available
- Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must have valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- Good driving record
- Criminal Background Check
- Salary:

- Raise after successful completion of 90-day evaluation period
- 40¢ shift premium on 2nd shift
